We had booked a King Executive Room, but the room allotted to us was very small and congested, completely different from what was shown on the hotel’s website. Please find attached both pictures—the one displayed online and the one we were given. This is misleading for clients. I want a refund of the amount. The first picture is shown on their website for Executive king room and 2nd and 3rd picture shows the actaul room alloted to us with NO SPACE to walk also.

Small corner room at level 28 with modern set up including capsule coffee maker. View was excellent with 50% of the room have windows, including the bathroom. Property location is convenient to move around. The SPA at level 6 was slightly pricey but worth trying. Breakfast was rich and delicious. Overall a good choice for business travelers. ??

Two nights at this location, and the room was great. Clean, well stocked for water and coffee (instant) and in a great location - I highly recommend visiting Joe Thrift while here - it is about 8 minutes walking distance.

设施有点旧，位置不错，去哪里都房产，服务人员服务挺好的，外国人挺多，价格也合适，走路十几分锺就可以到米其林粉店

房间现代前卫风格，干净卫生，周围环境很好，西贡景致尽收眼底… 餐厅服务态度很好，食品丰富… 当地咖啡特别好，一定要尝尝…

Only lobby lounge was opened on the day i arrived, food quality was soso. Tourist group was crowding the hotel lobby and made it difficult to find the line to queue up for checking, even more difficult to get close to the luggage storage corner or checking counter, spending much of my time for waiting to settle down after arrival. Staff at entrance were polite and helpful and had done their job greatly.

在携程订这家酒店还可以价格还算合理住宿环境不错地理位置也不错商务出差住这里还是蛮好的早饭也还行服务不错卫生状况良好前台服务态度也很好电子发票很方便方便报销整体推荐期待下次再来

整体很满意，不过房间的那个浴缸对我来说放到房间中间多少有些前卫，或许情侣比较适合这种设计？对我来说有些不太实用，因为我住酒店从来不用浴缸，其次有些影响屋内通行效率??那个前台负责check-in的妹子英文很溜，笑容灿烂。??
